Airline Ticketing Service Fees

Amaya Travel is pleased to assist clients with domestic and international airline reservations. Airline ticketing service fees reflect the professional time, expertise, and ongoing support required to research, book, ticket, monitor, and service airline reservations.

The following represent Amaya Travel's standard airline ticketing service fees. Your travel advisor will confirm the applicable airline ticketing service fees prior to booking.

• Domestic Airline Tickets: $25 per airline ticket issued.
• International Airline Tickets: $40 per airline ticket issued.
• Complex, Multi-City, or Premium Cabin Itineraries: Additional service fees may      apply based on itinerary complexity and will be discussed prior to booking.
• Ticket Changes or Reissues: Service fees for voluntary ticket changes,      exchanges, or reissues begin at $25 per airline ticket issued.  Additional service fees may apply for complex itinerary revisions. Any airline-imposed fees, fare differences, taxes, or supplier penalties are separate and are the responsibility of the traveler.

Airline ticketing service fees are separate from the cost of airfare. Service fees are earned when the applicable booking or ticketing service has been completed and are non-refundable, regardless of subsequent changes, cancellations, or airline schedule modifications.

Airline schedule changes initiated by the carrier may require additional planning, rebooking, or ticketing services. Amaya Travel reserves the right to charge additional service fees for substantial itinerary revisions beyond the original booking.

Fee Waivers: Airline ticketing service fees may be reduced or waived at Amaya Travel's sole discretion based on the nature of the booking and services provided.
